Why Onomia?

Knowledge mapping is built on the understanding of a field and the words used to speak about it.
Onomia is a neologism formed from the Greek “onoma” (meaning “word”) and the first letter of “intelligence”.
It expresses a will to give meaning to words and that a word only has meaning with regard to the knowledge and intelligence that we have acquired in our field.
